DC Lending started as a family operated business in 1998 called “Desert Canyon Mortgage”. As we moved into the second generation of business, one of our sons settled in Portland and another daughter settled in Eastern Washington. With this new generation, our family decided to continue to share our knowledge, and passion for the industry by creating a new branch of our business, DC Lending. Here we would serve the Pacific Northwest market and expand into the commercial lending industry.
Through the two generations of our family operated business, we have expanded to the newest technology and modern business communication. We made it a commitment to expand and grow without losing the same core values that brought us success and valued relationships. Our passion is to provide others with opportunity and make their dreams come true. From buyers, realtors, loan officers, and community members - we are here for you every step of the way.
